Tulip Hypermarket – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tulip Hypermarket! By using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Service Scope
- Tulip Hypermarket services are available exclusively within Lebanon.
- Orders placed outside our serviceable areas will be automatically canceled.
2. Account Creation
- To place an order, users must create an account with accurate personal and contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Users must be at least 13 years old to register and use the App.
3. Order Process and Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched upon confirmation.
- There is no minimum order amount, but all orders are subject to a delivery fee that varies by location.
- Delivery times may vary based on your area, traffic, and other factors.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate address information or failure to receive, it may be canceled and flagged for review.
4. Payment Method
- All payments are made through Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Full payment must be made upon receiving the order. Refusal to pay may result in account suspension.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled free of charge if they haven’t been confirmed or processed by our team.
- Once an order is confirmed or being prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If you receive incorrect, expired, or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours for possible replacement or refund, at our discretion.
6. Loyalty Program
- Tulip Hypermarket offers a points-based rewards system:
1 point for every 1 USD spent. - Points can be redeemed in future purchases according to the app’s current conversion rates and offers.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
7. User Obligations
- You agree not to use the App for fraudulent purposes or place false orders.
- You must be present at the delivery location or ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment.
8. Modifications to the App or Services
- Tulip Hypermarket may update the App or modify its services, including delivery fees, reward systems, and product availability, without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.
- Continued use of the App after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
